Happy New Year and a New Challenge!

Happy New Year everyone!  This is the beginning of our second year as a challenge blog and I want to welcome you all to our new theme.  This month we are carrying on with the winter concept (mostly because most of us have a little bit of snow), but with a twist.

The theme this month is to create a snowy cottage scene.  To help us fulfill this theme our sponsor this month is Delicious Doodles.  They have some really great snowy cottage scenes for you to try.

The design team has made some incredible creations to share with you, prepare to be amazed!

Anna-Karin - Layers of Ink

Brenda - Floral Fantasies

Maggie - Silver Crafter

Aren't these wonderful snowy cottage scenes?  I think the design team did a fabulous job!  Be sure to check out all the great images over at Delicious Doodles.

Now it is your turn to show us what you come up with for the theme "Snowy Cottages".  You may enter up to 3 times and as many challenges as you wish.  If you do not have a blog or account on Split Coast Stampers, then just email me a picture of the piece and I will add it to one of our posts.

We only want to see finished stamped or digi scenes (no ATC's or unmounted work).  If you are not sure what constitutes a scenic project, check out the information here.
Don't forget to add GDT to your link if you wish to be considered for a guest spot.

Have fun creating!

I still don't seem to be able to find any way of leaving a comment for No 20 - Stephanie, which is a shame. Perhaps she might read this and leave us a message to tell us how to do it. xx Maggie

Hi Maggie
Oh dear it's because my blog is within the docrafts site & you do have to be a registered member to leave me a comment which you managed to do in December. Apologies, Stephanie x
